Each year our Information & Research Manager undertakes a number of internal research projects. Where necessary some larger scale projects are carried over to the next operational year when required but for the most part the studies are completed within one year.

| A Study of Learner and Centre views on the use of Electronic Assessment in Vocational, Professional and Technical Qualifications | Between September 2017 and February 2018, The Council for Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA Regulation) and the Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) Accreditation, carried out a piece of research into learner and centre experiences of the use of e-assessment in vocational, professional and technical qualifications. | SQA Accreditation Stakeholder Survey 2021 | We are dedicated to continuously improving our levels of service, and ensuring that stakeholders get the opportunity to share their opinions and influence the direction of any changes being made.
