Data collection requirements and guidance
All approved awarding bodies are required to submit data to us on a quarterly basis, as detailed in Regulatory Principles Directive RPDIR - 2 Data Submission
Data must be submitted by the submission deadline dates noted below:

| Quarter 2 (01 July - 30 September) | 15 October 2024 |
| Quarter 3 (01 October - 31 December) | 17 January 2025 |
| Quarter 4 (01 January 31 March) | 14 April 2025 |

We have produced a data returns template that awarding bodies must use when submitting their quarterly data returns.
